Who Can Use PassMyCDL

Our Services are intended for individuals preparing for a Commercial Driver’s License, which under FMCSA regulations requires drivers to be at least 18 (21 for interstate driving). You confirm that you’re old enough to enter into these Terms and to purchase from us.

Our Courses and Content

PassMyCDL provides video lessons, printable study guides, and practice tests for CDL endorsements including Hazmat, Tanker, and Air Brakes, sourced from the FMCSA CDL Manual.

Our practice questions and study materials are designed to help you understand and prepare for the official CDL knowledge tests. They are a study aid, not a guarantee. We do not guarantee that you will pass any state DMV or CDL exam, since exam content, pass rates, and requirements vary by state and are set by your state’s licensing agency, not by us.

Purchases and Payment

All endorsement packs are digital products delivered online. There is no physical shipping.
Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice, though any change won’t affect a purchase you’ve already completed.
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We don’t store your full card details.
Once payment is confirmed, you’ll get access to your course pack, typically instantly or within a short time by email.

Refunds

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to work things out with you. Account and Access

When you purchase a course pack, access is for your personal, individual use only. Please don’t share your login, videos, or study guides with others or repost our content elsewhere. Doing so may result in loss of access without a refund.

All videos, animations, diagrams, study guides, practice questions, and site content are owned by PassMyCDL or used under license, and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or reproduce our content without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties
